 Wasabi staff, Members of Global Brigades, and guests will be joined together to raise funds for a volunteering event abroad.

Global Brigades, Inc., is a nonprofit organization and the world’s largest student-led international relief organization. Global Brigade’s mission is to provide rural communities with sustainable solutions under a holistic service model, in order to improve health, water, sanitation, and economic infrastructures.

Wayne State University Chapter will be traveling to Ghana and will be functioning like a mobile medical unit, setting up small clinics to diagnose and treat patients at no cost. Funds collected through fundraising will be used to hire physicians and dentists, to purchase life-saving medications, and supplies needed to help the communities which will make a tremendous impact on the lives of those that we will be serving.

30% of sales and proceeds will be donated by Wasabi to Global Brigades!
